Why do I need an inspection?
A surprising number of people purchase property without an inspection and have become aware of possible defects after the investment was made. If you were buying a car, would you purchase without finding out if it had any mechanical issues? Hopefully not. The same goes with a new building or home. It is important to understand what is wrong, and whether there are structural issues or pest problems, before agreeing to a purchase.
Building Inspection Overview
The building inspection we perform will be a thorough, detailed inspection and we will ensure the property is checked from top to bottom. The report will comment on any structural damage which is found by our licensed inspectors, as well as defects in the secondary elements of the property. Not only does the report detail the property we are inspecting, but also all construction materials which were used in the construction. We will also include any areas which we believe may need further analysis.
